The founder, Vincenzo Quagliotti, was born in 1903. After trade school he worked as an agent in a textile company in Chieri. In 1933, with two partners, he bought a factory in Chieri. With sacrifice and determination he began his journey in the industrial world.

Vincenzo Quagliotti with his two sons, Enio and Nanni, built a new facility and founded the Vincenzo Quagliotti e Figli company. This marks the beginning of a successful business in quality fabrics that has lasted throughout time.

During these years the items that represent the production of Quagliotti were created: damask coverlets and beautiful jacquard tablecloths.

In the 1980’s Quagliotti was one of the first to export its products in the United States, where they are well known and appreciated. In high end designer brands, Quagliotti began to produce for the most beautiful collections known.

At the exclusive Palazzo Bagatti-Valsecchi in Milano, for the grand event “Antiche Trame”, Quagliotti dressed the tables.

Quagliotti has confirmed its the style and quality by participation in the most important international fairs.

Since 2007 Quagliotti is on display in the heart of Paris, at the most prestigious hotels in the French capital. Showing a few selected items of their vast collection. These items are offered to the exclusive guests at The Ritz Hotel who may purchase directly from the boutique inside. The Ritz Hotel has chosen to complete the elegant atmosphere of their rooms and suites with Quagliotti's bed set, Erica, in ivory.
